Mary is a former CEO and executive with experience in real estate, insurance, IT, and utilities. She was also a former Deputy Minister in two provinces. Mary is a full-time Director and Chair and has made a long-term commitment to Habitat for Humanity currently serving as Chair of Habitat for Humanity International.

Darren Rawson, P.Eng., ICD.D, GCB.D

Darren is a former executive with 17 years experience as CEO of mid-sized companies. His career has spanned a variety of industries including upstream/downstream oil & gas, industrial chemicals, specialty metals, manufacturing, distribution, and construction and 25 years international business experience. He is an active Director and Chair.

Allison Christilaw, MBA, ICD.D

A seasoned consultant, business leader and board director, Allison brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, sharing her expertise in business strategy and operational effectiveness.  Her work across many industries and types and sizes of firms gives her a breadth of knowledge and perspective that serves her well in developing informed judgement on issues. She is an active Director and Committee Chair.

Maureen Moneta, CPA, CA, ICD.D
Principal
Maureen is an advisor, community volunteer and board director.  Her experience as a CPA and executive spans various industries, focusing on business transformation and growth to make our communities better for future generations. Maureen brings an often-underrepresented perspective through the unique combination of her identity as a millennial aged professional, CPA, CA, ICD.D and Métis woman who grew up in rural Alberta.  She is an active Director and Committee Chair.

Andrea is a seasoned executive with 30 years of consulting experience, the last 15 focused at the Board and Executive level. With a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology, she has distinguished herself as a thought leader on issues related to Board, Executive and Leader effectiveness, renewal, inclusion and succession planning. She is an assessor, a coach, a strategic advisor, and a facilitator for Leaders, Executives, and Boards.

Mark is a former senior executive and CEO with a career defined by a passion for leadership, good governance, and innovation. His governance expertise has an academic foundation coupled with practical experience chairing boards and committees in finance, insurance, IT, retail services, and other industries spanning public, private, crown and not-for-profit organizations. He is an active director and chair.
